Please note all linen is processed commercially and therefore some marks and damage are to be expected.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check deliveries on receipt. Any issues must be raised with Waveney Linen directly. Photographic proof of damaged items will be required.
We will replace any items as necessary and as soon as practicable. Any refunds are at the discretion of the Waveney Linen owner.
You may cancel your order by three days before delivery. Wednesday deliveries must be cancelled by Monday, and Friday deliveries must be cancelled by Wednesday.
If it is less than three days before delivery, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please call us.
All linen remains the property of Waveney Linen and all hired linen must be returned within two weeks.
A charge for non-returned items, or items damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, will be made to the account used to place the order.
Linen must be returned dry to prevent mildew and damage.
